All products offered, sold, and shipped by Prime Vitality Labs (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers in a controlled laboratory environment. 2. Not a Drug, Food, Supplement, or Cosmetic

By purchasing any product from the Company, you affirmatively represent, warrant, and certify that:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional buyer with the training and facilities necessary to safely handle research chemicals;
- You are purchasing exclusively for legitimate in-vitro research and not for resale, redistribution, or any human or animal use;
- You will store, handle, label, transport, and dispose of the products in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and recognized laboratory-safety practices;
- You will not represent, market, advertise, label, distribute, or transfer the products as drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or for any medical purpose; and
- You will indemnify and hold the Company harmless for any misuse of the products by you or any third party who obtains the products through you.
5. Assumption of Risk
The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for the receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products, including any consequences arising from negligence, misuse, off-label use, or use in violation of applicable law.
6. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website, in any product listing, in any Certificate of Analysis, in any marketing material, or in any communication from the Company constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, nutritional, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Always consult a licensed medical professional for any health-related matter.
7. Compliance
Buyer is solely responsible for verifying the legality of purchasing, importing, possessing, and using the products in buyer’s jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order at any time for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, suspected resale to consumers, or non-compliance with this Disclaimer.
